private personal training session

One on One Personal Training

Following an individualized program is the most efficient way to get great results in the gym. We write the program designed for you and we track all of the progress. You just show up ready to learn and work

online personal training program

Online Programming

We accept online clients as well. Both one on one and online clients get access to their program in the Train Heroic portal. All clients get access to the exercise video tutorials and can reach out to their coach anytime

Small group training

Duos & Small Groups

Duos or Small Groups of 3-4 Clients can train together in 60 min small group sessions. Rates are more affordable and workouts will still be individualized to the address primary needs of common goals of each group

I’ve been training with Ethan for almost a year now and he’s continuously updated my workout plan to fit my goals. Ethan is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve worked with many personal trainers in Boston. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, but most of all, he really listens to me, my changing health needs, and short and long term goals. I have a chronic illness and additionally, have had a lot of health complications over the past year. Ethan provides a supportive, responsive environment where I have felt more than comfortable to keep training and continue making progress while he adjusts our workouts to my changing health needs.
