Whether you’re training in person or online, all clients receive a custom fitness program through the TrainHeroic app. You'll have access to exercise video tutorials, progress tracking, and direct communication with your coach to keep you consistent — wherever you're training.
Duos & Small Groups
Train with a partner or in a small group of 3–4 clients during 60-minute sessions. These more affordable training options still offer customized workouts that address shared goals and individual needs — perfect for friends or coworkers looking to stay fit together with expert guidance.

I went to Ethan with specific goals to gain muscle and become stronger, and he built a customized plan to get me there. I’ve been training with Ethan for almost a year now and he’s continuously updated my workout plan to fit my goals. Ethan is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve worked with many personal trainers in Boston. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, but most of all, he really listens to me, my changing health needs, and short and long term goals. I have a chronic illness and additionally, have had a lot of health complications over the past year. Ethan provides a supportive, responsive environment where I have felt more than comfortable to keep training and continue making progress while he adjusts our workouts to my changing health needs.
