Meet the Owner
Welcome to South Boston Strength. My name is Ethan Graves, and I am the owner and head trainer at SBS.
This career started as a passion for me many years ago. Health issues for my family and myself opened my eyes to the necessity of health and fitness. What started as a way to build confidence and meet girls turned into a lifestyle that helped me keep my mental and physical health in order. Around me, I observed people struggling with similar things: stress, anxiety, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, low self-esteem, and the list goes on. I have been able to observe firsthand how a healthy lifestyle can influence the rest of life downstream. I believe there is no level you can pull that will have more of a positive impact on one's life than exercise and healthy eating. I am determined to teach people how to do so and maybe have some fun along the way.
